Please check with broker. All extras not listed will be due and payable at the time for the signing of the Purchase and Sales Agreement. Plans, specifications and prices can change without notice. The builder reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater quality than those specified. The builder reserves the right to determine final gradings, topographic conditions of lots and foundation elevations of each home. Buyer must make choices in a timely manner and Seller reserves the right to choose any items not selected in a timely manner, to insure completion of home by date specified in P&S Agreement. Seller is not responsible for discontinued or back ordered items. |
