          Gary G. Ruping founder of Ruping Builders, Inc., 505 Middlesex Turnpike, Suite #11, Billerica, Massachusetts 01821 is an extraordinary builder, who has gained a solid reputation for quality custom-built single family homes and townhome communities in Arlington, Bedford, Burlington, Lynnfield, Woburn, Wilmington, Natick and Mendon MA.  Mr. Ruping has been successfully building his own company since 1985 and previously worked for his father, whose construction business is well known in Burlington for its many fine homes.

           Gary Ruping has a proven track record for excellence in new construction.  In 2005 he served as President of the Builder’s Association of Greater Boston, and was named Builder of the Year in 1993.  In 2002 the Home Builders Association of MA. Inc. named him Builder of the Year.  Gary was also the co-chairman of the Governor’s Special Commission on Barriers to Housing and sits on Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency’s Homeownership Advisory Committee.

          Jonathan C. Keith is the vice president Keith Properties, Inc. and the owner of Keith Brokerage LLC headquartered in Stoughton, MA.  He has been actively involved in the residential development industry since graduating from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA in 2002 with a degree in Business Finance.  Jonathan was born and raised in Canton.  His father, John W. Keith, a local builder and residential developer, got Jonathan hooked on real estate at an early age.  Today, over 1,300 families reside in safe, decent, and affordable apartments owned and managed by Keith Properties, Inc.  These well-run, beautifully landscaped communities are a testament to Keith Companies long standing commitment to its tenants and to cities and towns it does business.      Jonathan is a board member of the Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, a member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association (RHA), and is active in various charitable organizations.  Currently Jonathan and his wife Kristen reside in Milton, MA.
